The internship lasted for 9 weeks aims to expose students to the architectural practices. From the internship, I assisted with architects to various tasks. From the drawings to CCC documentation, I had chances to learn knowledge that are different from usual lecture classes.
From the overall, internship training is an eye opening experience. The internship training helps me in growing industrial experience from all aspect ranging from design, site inspection, documentation for different parties and requirements to be fulfill. The challenges to cope up with different requirements trained the critical thinking skills and problem solving skills. Unlike assignments that are handle in university, internship training developed strong legislative knowledge in the project process.
The capability to apply all learnt knowledge to real life was strengthen. The internship module helps to sharpen time management skills as well.
